So I thought I would post about two things that have happened this week (and it's only Monday!). First, I made homemade bread! Maybe this isn't a big deal to some, but it was pretty exciting to me. I have been wanting to do for a little while now and finally got a chance to try. I was so excited that I cut into one loaf (as you can see in the picture) before letting it cool completely so I could try it out. Mmmm..it was yummy!!
Second, it hailed last night. We were sitting down to dinner and we heard a 'tink' on the window, then another, and then another. Within seconds it was pouring rain and hail. I snapped a quick picture on our backporch but could barely open the door without being pelted by hail. It was pretty crazy!
